available from The Just So Co., for your second home management.
We offer a free, no obligation
consultation to meet you and discuss your requirements.
Flexibility is our key aim; we can do as much or as little
for you from any of the range of services offered below:
Basics...........
The basics for your arrival and for your departure,
i.e. switching utilities on and off, bedlinen laundry,
cleaning throughout. We would also make security checks
to your premises during your absence, and maintain
a full inventory of items kept in and around the property.
Those Essentials.....
The essentials such
as ensuring your fuel and water supplies are sufficient,
that your gardens are tidy, your septic tank is emptied
when required, your garden furniture is cleaned, and
any boats are lifted from the water for winter storage.
Those
Extras....
For your convenience! - we can fill your 'fridge,
freezer and your larder with your pre-requested food
and drink; do any running repairs to the property/your
boat/mowers/buildings, and arrange for any specialist
works on your behalf. We can even have a hot supper
ready for you in the oven if you've a
late arrival time planned...there is a simple menu
available on request.

And For Those Special Times......
We can arrange for collections to and from our local Kerry
and Cork airports, we can organise activities such as golf,
horse riding, fishing, even a day at the races! And if the
holiday is a very special celebration, we can arrange floral
deliveries, too......we find that
these extra touches are welcomed by those allowing their
friends or special business contacts to enjoy their Kerry
home.
